Judy McLane

Judy McLane performed more than 4,000 shows of Mamma Mia! on Broadway, first as Tanya and then as Donna Sheridan, between 2004 and 2015.

Her other Broadway credits are Kiss of the Spider Woman, as standby for Marta, Aspects of Love and Chess. On tour she played Joanne in the national tour of Company directed by Marianne Elliott, the Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, Mrs. Baskin in Big, and the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Donny Osmond.

Off-Broadway, she was a 2020 Outer Critics Circle honoree for Romeo & Bernadette and a Drama Desk nominee for Johnny Guitar. Her regional roles include Rose in Gypsy at Goodspeed, Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard at the John W. Engeman Theater, Maria Callas in Master Class at Theatre Raleigh, and Phyllis in Follies at Signature Theatre, which earned a Helen Hayes nomination. She has performed with symphony orchestras including Baltimore, Cincinnati, Detroit and Pittsburgh, and appeared in Chess in Concert at Carnegie Hall.
