We also automatically collect basic device information (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through standard web analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your booking inquiry, match you with appropriate performers for your event, send pricing and availability, and provide contract and event-planning support. We may also use aggregate analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Terms of Service
About this service
The Broadway Experience is a talent-booking service operated by Oakdale Entertainment. We curate and contract Broadway, off-Broadway, and concert-stage performers for private and corporate events, galas, theaters, and similar engagements.
Booking process & quotes
Submitting an inquiry through the site does not create a binding agreement. Quotes provided in response to inquiries are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only when a written engagement agreement is executed by both parties and any deposit is received.
Performer availability
All performers shown on this site are represented subject to their individual availability and approval of each engagement. Listings, photos, and biographical content do not constitute a guarantee that any specific performer will be available for any specific date or event.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Force majeure provisions apply where a performance becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, photography, video, audio embeds, logos, and the site's code — is the property of Oakdale Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Performer headshots and production photos are used with permission from the performers or their representatives, or from press archives under fair-use terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any site content commercially without prior written consent.
Recording & media at events
Audio and video recording at booked performances is permitted only with the prior written consent of the performer and Oakdale Entertainment. Promotional photography for the host's internal use is generally allowed unless specifically prohibited in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakdale Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any engagement booked through it. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement agreement are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
