John Krause

John Krause has spent the last decade lighting up stages on Broadway, in Las Vegas, and all around the world. He made his Broadway debut in the original company of the Tony Award–winning Hadestown, where he can be heard on the Grammy Award–winning Original Broadway Cast Recording. John went on to take over the role of Orpheus both on Broadway and on the North American Tour, winning over audiences with his soaring vocals and heartfelt performances. His career has taken him all around the world on stages from New York to London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Seoul, Tokyo and all the way back to his home town of Los Angeles, where he recently appeared in the sold-out production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hollywood Bowl, starring Cynthia Erivo and Adam Lambert. He also rocked Las Vegas in the role of Drew in Rock of Ages at The Venetian and his own headlining solo shows at The Space. Additionally, he has appeared in productions of Wicked, Green Day’s American Idiot: The Musical, The Secret Garden, Newsies, and Fun Home.
